1.
The video must be recorded in the highest possible quality available on the device. Whether using a smartphone or an action camera, always set the video to the maximum quality.
2.
It is recommended to record at 60 frames per second, and not less than 30 frames per second.
Important tip: Higher video resolution often limits the available frame rate. For example, recording in 2K at 60fps is better than 4K at 30fps. If 4K at 60fps is available, that is ideal. There is no need to record above 60fps, but higher image quality is always preferred.
3.
The video must be as stable as possible. Avoid shaking, sudden movements, unnecessary angle changes, and avoid using zoom during the recording.
4.
The recording area should be clean and clear, without fences, poles, nets, or any objects that block or interfere with the view.
5.
For ball tracking, there must be no additional moving balls visible in the video.
6.
For player tracking, the jersey number must be clearly readable throughout the recording, and no other players on the field may have the same number.
7.
If visibility conditions are poor, such as bad weather or low lighting, and the video quality is low, accurate tracking will not be possible.
